April will always be an extra special month for me.

It is the month I left my cushiony full-time job to pursue Sonrisa full time.

It is the month my first nephew was born, making me an aunt, a role I have found brings so much joy to my life (shout out to Harrison, Hailey, Kinley, Curtis, Jack, and Elli).

It is the month of my birthday and this year I just so happen to be turning 30.

I always thought I would be sad to be leaving the 20 club but as my birthday quickly approaches I am excited to be another decade older. I am nowhere near the girl I was when I turned 20 and I am excited to see how much I will grow with another 10 years under my belt.
