Absolutely! This program is a great start to developing you new brand. We provide style recommendations and brand support whether you decide to DIY or hire a designer.
I don't have a brand yet, will the accelerator still work for me?
Will I get a custom logo with this program?
This program enhances your brand with done-for-you design assets but does not include a custom logo design. However, during the brand audit, we’ll assess if your logo needs an update and provide resources and next steps to help you make it happen.
Do I need a CanvA account?
Yes! You will need a Canva account to access the designs we create for you. We can create them to work with the free or paid version of Canva.
Do you offer refunds?
Do to the digital nature of the course and since you get instant access to all the resources we do not offer a refund of this program. We are always happy to hear how we can improve it and you will have access to any additions we make.
The program is self-paced, so you can go as quickly or slowly as you like. We need 10 business days for the personalized brand audit. And at least 15 business days to complete your social media templates once you've submitted your content marketing plan to us.
How long will it take me to finish the course?
We’ve got you covered! The program includes detailed instructions, tutorials, and email support to help you overcome any hurdles.

Who is this program designed for?
No, this program does not come with revisions to the brand style guide or the content templates we create, however everything we provide you is in Canva and editable so you are able to make any tweaks you need.
do I get revisions with this program?
Not at all! This program is beginner-friendly and includes done-for-you templates, step-by-step guidance, and tools to help you create a professional brand and content with ease.
Do I need to be a designer to use this program?
You bet! We usually do three installments but happy to come up with a custom payment plan to fit your needs.

I have a logo, can you just design a website?
In order for me to design a website that makes the most impact for your business I need to start with the brand design so everything is cohesive and purposeful.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
Website design takes about 10 weeks to complete depending on how complex and how many pages the website includes.
I design on either Showit, Squarespace, or Wix platforms. I am happy to provide designer referrals if you need a website on another platform such as Shopify or Wordpress.
What about seo?
The website includes basic SEO integration. I will work with you to come up with some keywords to use throughout the website so your site comes up in more searches.
Will I be able to edit the website?
Yes! The three platforms I design in allow for easy maintenance of your site. I am always happy to walk you through it to.

Yes! You can sign on for 3 - 6 months of continued design support for your business. This is great if you have a new service or product you are rolling out and need a designer to handle all your brand visuals.
