Well, folks, we’ve officially made it to the last month of 2018. I’m not sure how we got here but here we are! This is a good time to look back at the year and the goals you set way back in January. Did you accomplish your goals? Where did you fall short? And where did you excel? This will help when setting goals for 2019. I definitely came up short in a few categories and I am still very much addicted to sugar (a resolution that never seems to stick). But I also accomplished a lot and that is worth celebrating!
