How long will I have access to the course?
I’m not a designer. Is this logo going to look professional?
Yes! I have made the process of creating a professional logo simple, and easy for you to do. No design experience required. I walk you through my exact process (minus all the complicated tech) and provide done-for -you designs you can easily customize yourself within Canva.
Do I need a Canva pro account?
No, some of the designs are available within the free version of Canva however we do have premium brand kits, font palettes, and mood boards that require a pro account.
Do you offer refunds?
Do to the digital nature of the course and since you get instant access to all the resources we do not offer a refund of this program. We are always happy to hear how we can improve it and you will have access to any additions we make.
If you're feeling ambitious, one day! I keep the trainings short and to the point so you can focus on implementing what you learn. There will be lots of resources to spark creativity. I will teach you tricks to save time on this process along the way so you can design more efficiently.
How long will it take me to finish the course?
You can trademark any logos that do not include a graphic. The graphics (or icons) are created in Canva and cannot be trademarked at this time.
can I trademark the logos?
When you join you have the option to join a private VIP Facebook group, this will be a place to ask questions or share designs to get feedback. I will be in there weekly to help and review designs!
What if I get stuck?
You bet! We usually do three installments but happy to come up with a custom payment plan to fit your needs.

I have a logo, can you just design a website?
In order for me to design a website that makes the most impact for your business I need to start with the brand design so everything is cohesive and purposeful.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
Website design takes about 10 weeks to complete depending on how complex and how many pages the website includes.
I design on either Showit, Squarespace, or Wix platforms. I am happy to provide designer referrals if you need a website on another platform such as Shopify or Wordpress.
What about seo?
The website includes basic SEO integration. I will work with you to come up with some keywords to use throughout the website so your site comes up in more searches.
Will I be able to edit the website?
Yes! The three platforms I design in allow for easy maintenance of your site. I am always happy to walk you through it to.

Yes! You can sign on for 3 - 6 months of continued design support for your business. This is great if you have a new service or product you are rolling out and need a designer to handle all your brand visuals.
